ROLSS Desk – Privacy Policy

ROLSS Desk is a private, local analytics tool used only by ROLSS Studio (contact: social@rolssstudio.com) to view statistics of its own social media accounts. It is not offered to the public.

What data it accesses

With the account owner's explicit consent (Google OAuth), ROLSS Desk reads, in read-only mode, the YouTube channel identity, the list of the channel's videos and YouTube Analytics reports for the ROLSS Studio channel. It requests only the scopes youtube.readonly and yt-analytics.readonly.

How data is used and stored

• Data is stored only on the owner's own computer and is not sent to any third party.
• The application never posts, edits, deletes or comments on any platform.
• Statistics are kept while consent remains valid and are re-validated at least every 30 days; other YouTube data (such as titles) is refreshed or deleted within 30 days.
• Access tokens are encrypted on the device.

Revoking access and deletion

Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. After revocation, the related data is deleted within 7 days (30 days if revoked from Google's settings). For deletion requests write to social@rolssstudio.com.

ROLSS Desk's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
